The Home Price Calculator is based on the WSU HPI Index, which was last updated at the end of the 1st quarter of 2008.

Sedgwick County
: The Center for Real Estate does not calculate a separate home price index areas outside of the six Wichita sectors. Your selection will calculate appreciation based on the overall average for Sedgwick County.
