Major in Entrepreneurship with an Emphasis in Real Estate
Real Estate Development
The Real Estate Development degree (a Major in Entrepreneurship with an Emphasis in Real Estate) is designed for students interested in pursing a career in property development or managing their own real estate company.

A Major in Economics with an Emphasis in Real Estate requires 21 hours beyond the College of Business core as follows:

Real Estate Core (9 hours) -
Entrepreneurship Core (9 hours) -
Entre. 420 - Developing a New Venture Marketing Plan 3 hours
Entre. 620 - Growing and Managing an Entrepreneurial Firm 3 hours
Entre. 668 - Developing a Successful Business Plan 3 hours
Electives (3 hours) -
One course selected from among upper-division courses approved by the Entrepreneurship Program and/or the Real Estate Program. Students are strongly encouraged to use an internship or coop to satisfy this elective.
