Real Estate 619 - Urban Land Development (3 credit hours)

Urban Land Development is a hands-on course focusing on the challenges and opportunities associated with real estate development projects. Class time is devoted to analyses of actual development projects, with numerous guest lecturers and field-trips. Topics covered include market and feasibility analysis, site selection, development financing, ownership structures, and marketing strategies.

Prerequisite: Real Estate 310, Real Estate 611, or Real Estate 618
