Real Estate 618 - Real Estate Investment Analysis (3 credit hours)
Real Estate Appraisal provides in-depth coverage of the methods used to estimate the value of residential and commercial properties. Students will learn about the sales-comparison, cost, and income-capitalization approaches for appraising real estate. This course has been approved by the Kansas Real Estate Appraisal Board to meet 45 hours of the appraisal pre-licensing educational requirement.
